Andrew K. Woods is an assistant professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a PhD in Politics from the University of Cambridge. His publications include: Understanding Social Action, Promoting Human Rights, (Oxford University Press, 2012) (co-edited with Ryan Goodman and Derek Jinks); Moral Judgments and International Crimes: The Disutility of Desert, 52 Va J. Int’l L. (2012); Toward a Situational Model for Regulating International Crimes, 13 Chi. J. Int’l L. 179 (2012); and A Behavioral Approach to Human Rights, 51 Harv. Int’l L. J. 51 (2010). His writing has been featured in the Financial Times, the International Herald Tribune, and Slate.
