Leah West is a Lecturer of National Security and Intelligence at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University and is an SJD Candidate at U of T’s Faculty of Law. She formerly served as Council with DOJ’s National Security Litigation and Advisory Group and was an Armoured Officer in the Canadian Forces for 10 years.
