Sqn. Ldr. Kieran Tinkler

Squadron Leader Tinkler is a Legal Officer with the Royal Air Force and currently Associate Director for the Law of Coalition Air and Space Warfare at the Stockton Center for International Law, U.S. Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
