Tim Cochrane
Tim Cochrane is a PhD Candidate at the University of Cambridge, funded by the Fitzwilliam College Stan Gold PhD Studentship. His research, which focuses on the interaction between law enforcement data sharing mechanisms and privacy, builds on his recent MPhil in Law research at Balliol College, University of Oxford, for which he was awarded a Distinction. Tim previously obtained an LLM(Distinction) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and LLB/BA(Hons) from the University of Otago. Before returning to academic study, Tim worked as an international disputes attorney specializing in white collar crime, human rights, and commercial litigation.
