Bolot Temirov

Bolot Temirov (@vahoel) is a prominent Kyrgyz journalist investigating corruption. In January 2020, Mr. Temirov founded the YouTube-based media outlet “Temirov Live,” which investigates and reports on corruption of State and non-State actors. He also is a former editor in chief of the Kyrgyz investigative website FactCheck. In February 2021, he was recognized by the U.S. State Department in the first annual International Anti-Corruption Champions Awards for his work to combat corruption in Kyrgyzstan. He is also on LinkedIn.
