Edward Swaine

Professor Edward Swaine (@edswaine) is Charles Kennedy Poe Research Professor at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches and writes in the areas of international law, foreign relations law, international antitrust, and contracts.  He previously served as a co-reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the Law (Fourth), Foreign Relations Law of the United States, for which he presently serves as an Adviser, and is a former Counselor on International Law at the U.S. Department of State.
