Svitlana Starosovit

Svitlana Starosvit is ASIL’s International Law Fellow and a recent graduate of Harvard Law School’s S.J.D. Program. She previously worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, working on legal strategies in the aftermath of Russia’s aggression in 2014, issues of international litigation, human rights, and international humanitarian law. For the last ten years, Svitlana has been consulting Holland & Knight’s Boston office on issues of international and Ukrainian law in a number of FSIA cases filed against Ukraine.
