David Rybicki

David Rybicki is a Partner at K&L Gates in the Investigations, Enforcement, and White Collar practice group. David served in the Criminal Division of the U. S. Department of Justice as Acting Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General (2017) and Deputy Assistant Attorney General (2017-2020). David previously served as Counselor to the Attorney General and as Chief Counsel to the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
