Josh Rudolph (LinkedIn – X) is a senior fellow and the head of the Transatlantic Democracy Working Group at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. He previously worked on Russia and Ukraine policy at the White House National Security Council, as well as at the US Treasury, the International Monetary Fund, and USAID, after a career on Wall Street and a degree from the Harvard Kennedy School.
