Sara Robinson
Sara Robinson is an outgoing Legal Fellow at the Global Justice Clinic at New York University School of Law. As a fellow, Sara has worked to advance accountability and civil liberties in U.S. national security policies and practices.
Sara graduated magna cum laude from NYU School of Law in 2019 where she was a Hays Civil Liberties fellow. Before law school, Sara worked as a Refugee Campaigner at Amnesty International in Israel. Her work focused on promoting and protecting the rights of refugees and asylum seekers from the Horn of Africa. Prior to that role, Sara worked at Physicians for Human Rights-Israel, where she worked on food and water insecurity in the Gaza Strip and advocated to end human trafficking of Eritrean refugees in Sinai, Egypt.
In addition to her JD degree, Sara holds an MA in Human Rights Studies from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science and Middle East Studies from Yale University.
