Rashmika Nedungadi

Rashmika Nedungadi is a 3L at NYU School of Law, and a student advocate for the Global Justice Clinic. Prior to law school, she worked as a Legislative Aide in the Wisconsin State Legislature, which involved researching and drafting legislation on a broad range of domestic policy issues. Rashmika has focused her academic work at NYU Law on the intersection of domestic and international criminal law. In 2017, she served as an International Law and Human Rights Fellow at the UN Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals in The Hague, Netherlands, where she assisted in Judicial Chambers with ongoing appeals from the ICTY and ICTR. In addition to academic work, she was a Notes Editor for the NYU Law Journal of International Law and Politics, and a competitor and coach in the International Criminal Court Moot Competition. Rashmika will be starting as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in Fall 2019.
