Alex Potcovaru

Alex Potcovaru (@AlexPotcovaru) is the Program Associate and Special Assistant to the Executive Director of the Reiss Center on Law and Security at NYU School of Law. Potcovaru works with the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Fellows of RCLS to support all of the Center’s activities, including research, writing, and logistical support. Previously, he spent time at Lawfare at the Brookings Institution and at the Washington, DC office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. Potcovaru earned his BSFS in International Politics cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
