Mr. Raphael A. Pangalangan (@ApaPangalangan) is the Head for International Accountability with the Center for International Law Philippines where he practices human rights, international law, and sanctions law before domestic and international mechanisms. He also serves a Legal Advisor for the United Nations specializing in International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law. He has lectured on these fields as an Assistant Professor of Jindal Global Law School, Senior Lecturer of the University of the Philippines, and Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School. He is also on LinkedIn.
