Andrii Nekoliak

Dr. Andrii Nekoliak (@ANekoliak) is a Konrad Adenauer Junior Fellow at the Cologne Center for Advanced Studies in International History and Law (University of Cologne, Germany). Previously, he was Postdoctoral MEMOCRACY Researcher at the T.M.C. Asser Institute in the Hague — University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands), where he researched legal aspects of the politics of memory in Russia and Ukraine. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Tartu (Estonia). Dr. Nekoliak has published a book chapter on language politics in Ukraine in an edited volume with Palgrave McMillan (and has forthcoming chapters with Hart-Bloomsbury and Routledge). He also has an article on the politics of Ukraine’s Constitutional Court in Review of Central and East European Law (Brill).
