Dr Erica Moret (@DrEricaMoret) is widely-published specialist on sanctions, global security and humanitarian affairs. She is Senior Researcher at the Geneva Graduate Institute, where she co-coordinates the Geneva International Sanctions Network (GISN) and the Sanctions and Sustainable Peace Hub. She is also Policy Director and Co-Founder of the Swiss Centre for Policy Engagement, PoliSync, through which she serves as an advisor and senior researcher on sanctions to the UN, EU and humanitarian organizations.

She has a PhD (DPhil) from the University of Oxford and is also a graduate of France’s Ecole Nationale d’Administration. She has provided evidence and expert testimonies on sanctions to the European Parliament and Commission, US Congress and Treasury, Canadan Senate and House of Commons and both UK Houses of Parliament.
