Nicole Mo

Nicole Mo is a legal fellow at the Knight First Amendment Institute. Her litigation focuses on government surveillance at the border, threats to freedom of the press, and government transparency. She is a recent graduate of New York University School of Law, where she was a Hays Civil Liberties Fellow and a Furman Academic Scholar. During law school, Mo served as an Articles editor in the NYU Law Review and as a fellow at NYU’s Center on Race, Inequality and the Law. Mo has interned with Rights Behind Bars, the Legal Aid Society’s Digital Forensics Unit, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center. Before law school, she was an Editorial Fellow atThe Atlantic. She holds a B.A. from Yale College. She is also on LinkedIn.
