Elizabeth Minor (@elizabethminor3) is Advisor at Article 36, a UK-based not for profit organization on the International Steering Group of ICAN. Her recent work has focused on ensuring that obligations towards victims and the environment were included in the nuclear weapons prohibition treaty.
