Nicholas Miller is a Senior Legal Advisor at the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL). He leads ICNL’s engagement with a variety of international institutions, including the United Nations General Assembly and Human Rights Council, the Financial Action Task Force, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, where he works with governments and civil society to promote the freedoms of association, expression, and assembly. Prior to joining ICNL, Nicholas served in the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL).
