Dr. Jeffrey H. Michaels (@jmichael424) is a Visiting Fellow with the Changing Character of War Centre at Pembroke College, Oxford. Earlier experience included working as a Senior Lecturer in Defense Studies at King’s College London, as well as serving as an official with NATO and the US Department of Defense. He has also held visiting fellowships at the Department of War Studies at King’s and the Egmont Institute in Brussels. His most recent publication is The Evolution of Nuclear Strategy, 4th Edition, co-authored with Sir Lawrence Freedman.
