Irvin McCullough (@mcculloughirvin) is a Press Officer at the German Marshall Fund’s Washington headquarters, where he manages the institution’s American media relations. Before joining GMF, Irvin served as Deputy Director of Legislation and a National Security Analyst at Government Accountability Project, working with whistleblowers and on whistleblower legislation.
