Jesse Marks (@JesCMarks), Senior Advocate for the Middle East at Refugees International, has held roles in the U.S. Government, the Stimson Center, and UNHCR and focuses on humanitarian affairs in the Middle East. He previously served as a Fulbright fellow at the Jordan Center for Strategic Studies and Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is also on LinkedIn.
