Michael Lynk

Michael Lynk is Associate Professor of Law at the Faculty of Law, Western University, London, Ontario, Canada, where he teaches labour law, constitutional law and human rights law. He was appointed by the U.N. Human Rights Council as Special Rapporteur for human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory in March 2016 for a six year term. In this capacity, he issues regular reports and statement to the United Nations on the human rights situation in the OPT.
