Jonathan Lachman

Jonathan Lachman (@jonlachman) served in the Obama Administration from 2009 to 2017. From 2014 to 2017, he was the Associate Director for National Security Programs at the Office of Management and Budget, where he helped to oversee the preparation of the President’s Budget for defense, foreign assistance, intelligence, and veterans programs, and represented OMB on the National Security Council’s Deputies Committee. From 2009 to 2014, he held a number of senior positions in the Defense Department, including advising Deputy Secretaries of Defense Ash Carter, Christine Fox, and Bob Work.
