Andre Kwok

Andre Kwok works for the Australian Government specializing in international criminal investigations, and previously served as a United Nations legal consultant at the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. He is interested the role of technology in legal and non-legal responses to mass atrocity violence with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. Andre was a Westpac Scholar to the National University of Singapore’s Faculty of Law and currently a research assistant at the Australian Centre for Space Governance.
He is also interested in human-computer interaction in legal and political spaces and held user-experience designer and gamification researcher roles for a civil society organization and start-up. He is also on LinkedIn.
