David Kretzmer

David Kretzmer is Emeritus Professor of International and Constitutional Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.  From 1995-2002 he was a member of the Human Rights Committee under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. His latest book (written together with Yaël Ronen) is The Occupation of Justice: The Supreme Court of Israel and the Occupied Territories, 2nd ed (OUP 2021).
