Markiyan Kliuchkovskyi (@kliuch) is a public international law practitioner based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He has acted for the State of Ukraine in a number of international law matters involving claims, and serves on the Advisory Board of Ukrainian Catholic University Law School. Markiyan holds masters degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
