Doug Klain (BlueskyXLinkedIn)  is the policy analyst at Razom for Ukraine, a nonprofit humanitarian aid and advocacy organization based in the U.S., and a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center. His research focuses on U.S. support for Ukraine, democracy and authoritarianism, and Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic integration. Klain previously worked at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center from 2019 to 2022, most recently as assistant director. He frequently writes for publications such as Foreign Policy and has been interviewed by news outlets such as CNN, BBC World News, and POLITICO. He received his bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in political science and Russian studies and his master’s degree in international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
