Trevor Keck
Trevor Keck (@TrevorKeck) is the Head of Policy for the Washington Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). In this capacity, he represents the ICRC to a wide range of audiences in the U.S. and Canada, supervises a team of policy advisors and provides policy and strategy advice to ICRC staff in Washington and beyond.
Prior to joining the ICRC in 2013, he was an Afghanistan researcher for Center for Civilians in Conflict. Based in Kabul, he engaged in advocacy with U.S., NATO and Afghan officials, conducted research on protection of civilians and authored several reports and blogs on these issues. Trevor has also worked for the Friends Committee on National Legislation and other NGOs on peacebuilding, conflict management and human rights issues.
Trevor holds a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a Bachelor in Peace and Conflict Studies from Chapman University.
