Jeffrey Kahn

Jeffrey Kahn is a professor of law at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He is the author of Mrs. Shipley’s Ghost: The Right to Travel and Terrorist Watchlists (University of Michigan, 2013). His research and teaching focuses on American constitutional law and administrative law, and Russian law. Prior to his academic appointment, he was a trial attorney in the Federal Programs Branch of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. He recently served as an expert witness for the plaintiff in the first No Fly List case to be tried in federal court, Ibrahim v. DHS.
