Inga Imanbay

Inga Imanbay (@i_imanbay) is a Kazakhstani journalist, activist, and, since early 2023, politician running for parliament. She has worked as a journalist and editor at outlets such as Young Alash, Stan TV, and Tribunal. She currently works at the Kazakhstan International Bureau for Human Rights and Rule of Law, an NGO. Her husband, Zhanbolat Mamay, is a political prisoner, detained for his peaceful opposition activities.
