Brigitte Hugh (@BrigitteHugh_) is a Research Fellow at the Center for Climate and Security, an institute of the Council on Strategic Risks, where she works on issues related to global climate, ecological, and energy security including food security, migration, and foresight exercises. Prior to joining CCS, she worked on a range of climate security topics at the Woodrow Wilson Center, the United Nations Foundation, and the International Water Management Institute. Brigitte holds an M.S. in Political Science with an emphasis in Anticipatory Intelligence, and a B.A. in Political Science from Utah State University. She is also on LinkedIn.
