Richard Horowitz is an attorney admitted to the bar in New York, Washington, D.C., and Israel. He is a former private investigator and former officer in the Israel Defense Forces. He began speaking on terrorism and related topics after the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and to date has spoken in twenty countries.
