Stephan Hobe

Stephan Hobe is holder of the chair on public international, European and international economic law, director of the Institute of air Law, space law and cyber law at the University of Cologne and Co-director of the International Investment Law Centre Cologne.  He teaches international law, air and space law at the universities of Gujarat, India; Sofia, Bulgaria; Kyiv, Ukraine; Warsaw, Poland; Pretoria , South Africa; and Paris, France. He holds honorary doctoral degrees from the universities of Sofia and Kyiv.
