Henning Lahmann (@h_lahmann) is a Senior Researcher at the Digital Society Institute at the European School of Management and Technology Berlin, and Associate Researcher at the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. He is currently a Hauser Post-Doctoral Global Fellow at NYU Law affiliated with Guarini Law & Tech.
