Shahd Hammouri (@shahdhm) is a Lecturer in Law at Kent Law School. Her research lies at the intersection of Public International Law, International Economic Law and Legal Theory.
Her current research takes on a critical approach to assess the discourse of business and human rights, particularly in the context of war. Her critical approach is premised on the study of second-level presumptions and representations in the ethos of post-structuralist critical theory.
