Lindsey Greising

Lindsey Greising is a Staff Attorney for The Advocates for Human Rights (@The_Advocates), where she works on policy efforts and training on immigration, human trafficking, racial justice, and other special projects. Lindsey also provides immigration legal services and supports pro bono attorneys on matters for human trafficking survivors.
Lindsey has served as an adjunct professor of immigration law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has worked in private immigration practice on a range of immigration cases and worked on asylum cases as well as advocacy for detained migrants as a student director of the University of Minnesota Immigration & Human Rights Clinic.
Prior to joining The Advocates, Lindsey also spent many years working internationally on human rights programs, including experience with the International Organization for Migration, the International Labour Organization, the U.S. Department of State, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), and nonprofits in Timor-Leste (East Timor).
