Jorge Delgado Golusda (LinkedIn – X) is a Chilean Army Major with 20 years of experience in disaster relief, humanitarian, and peacekeeping missions, collaborating with multilateral organizations in the Balkans and the Middle East, and over 11 years of teaching, training, and academic management experience. He currently works as Head of Academics in the Chilean Army’s Non-Commissioned Officer Academy and is also the Director of the Fellows Program at the Irregular Warfare Initiative, a 501(c)3 partnered with Princeton’s Empirical Studies of Conflict Project and the Modern War Institute at West Point.
