Colby Galliher
Colby Galliher (@ColbyGalliher) is a senior research analyst and project manager in the Governance Studies program at the Brookings Institution. His writings and analyses have appeared in CNN, Slate, Lawfare, various Brookings publications, and elsewhere. He is the co-author of a chapter on executive authority and congressional oversight in the 2022 Brookings Institution Press book Overcoming Trumpery: How to Restore Ethics, the Rule of Law, and Democracy.
