Caroline Fullam

Caroline Fullam is an environmental lawyer with a focus on climate and biodiversity issues, especially at the international level. She was a Program of Liberal Studies major at the University of Notre Dame before going on to pursue her JD at Brooklyn Law School. She also spent a semester in Cork, Ireland, where she studied the environmental laws of Ireland and the European Union. Caroline has worked in New York as an environmental litigator, and, more recently, she received her environmental LLM from Vermont Law School in 2022. While at Vermont Law School, she was part of the COP26 student delegation and supported the work of small island nations at the climate conference. At VLS, Caroline also worked in the Transnational Environmental Practicum at Vermont Law School on environmental projects with partners from Asian countries. Caroline is also on LinkedIn.
