Elizabeth Fray
Elizabeth Fray is a Georgetown Law Fellow with the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC). Prior to law school, Elizabeth worked in nonprofit program development. She also served in the U.S. Navy as a public affairs specialist in support of Commander, Submarine Group 7, and AFN Naples, Italy.
Elizabeth earned her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of San Francisco in Communication Studies, with a minor in Asian Pacific American Studies. She was also a Leo T. McCarthy Public Interest Fellow, and was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Excellence in the Arts.
