Daniel Franchini (@FranchiniDaniel) is Lecturer in International Law at the University of Sheffield and DPhil Candidate in International Law at Lincoln College, University of Oxford. His research focuses on the interaction between the law of jurisdiction, state immunity, and state responsibility. He holds a joint BA/MA in Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Trento (Italy), and an MJur and MPhil from the University of Oxford. He has published, among others, in the Virginia Journal of International Law and in The Use of Force in International Law (OUP 2018).
