Stef Feldman (LinkedIn – X) is an expert in the powers of the President and executive agencies. She writes at The Permanent Campaign on Substack. She served in the White House for eight years, most recently as White House Staff Secretary and Director of the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Previously, she was national policy director for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, inaugural policy director at the University of Delaware’s Biden Institute, and a domestic and economic policy advisor to then-Vice President Biden in the Obama White House. She holds a B.A. in public policy from Duke University and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
