Naomi Egel

Naomi Egel (@NaomiEgel) is a PhD candidate in Government at Cornell University and the Janne Nolan Nuclear Security Visiting Fellow at the Truman Center for National Policy. Her research focuses on how international security, organizations, and law intersect in the politics of multilateral weapons governance. Previously, she was a visiting fellow at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland on a Fulbright fellowship. Her commentary has been published in Foreign Affairs, the Washington Post, War on the Rocks, and the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists. She holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MA from Cornell University.
