Katharine Dow
Katharine Dow (LinkedIn) specializes in human rights, elections, child protection, and conflict transformation. For over a decade, she worked as a democracy and governance foreign service officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development. She has designed and implemented programs, and conducted analysis in Central America, Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia, North America, and Africa. Katharine currently works as a writer, researcher, and fundraiser for both grassroots nonprofits and large multinational organizations. Katharine holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, an M.A. in Conflict Transformation, and an M.F.A. in Popular Fiction from Seton Hill University.
