Michael P. Scharf is President of the American Branch of the International Law Association and former Dean (2013-2024) of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he currently oversees the international law program as Associate Dean of Global Affairs and Joseph C. Hostetler—Baker Hostetler Professor of Law. Scharf is also the producer and host of “Talking Foreign Policy,” a quarterly radio program broadcast in Ohio and streamed worldwide by Cleveland’s NPR Station, Ideastream Public Media.
