Gregory Clough (LinkedIn) serves as the Deputy Director at the Payne Institute for Public Policy at the Colorado School of Mines.  He has over 20 years of professional experience in operations, finance, administration and project management.

Previously, he served in management roles at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development in Vienna, Austria, and at Oceans Beyond Piracy, a project of the One Earth Future Foundation.

Greg has a master’s degree in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Colorado. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
