Noah Chauvin (Bluesky – LinkedIn – X) is an assistant professor of law at Widener University Commonwealth School of Law. Previously, he was a counsel in the Liberty and National Security Program at the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU Law. Prior to that, he was intelligence counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Noah clerked for the Hon. Thomas C. Wheeler of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Hon. Karen Spencer Marston of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo and William & Mary Law School.
