Sqn Ldr Tara Brown is a lawyer in the U.K. Royal Air Force currently assigned as a military professor in the Stockton Center for International Law at the U.S. Naval War college, where she co-teaches a course on air, space, and cyber law. She is also studying for her PhD in space law with a focus on threats below the threshold of armed attack. Her views are her own and do not necessarily represent those of the U.K. Government.
