Alyssa G. Bernstein is an Associate at Jenner & Block. Her legal work centers around complex national security-related litigation, investigation, and defense. She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a PhD from the School of Law, Queen’s University of Belfast. She has been a visiting scholar at the Institute of Criminology, Cambridge University, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the Georgetown University Department of Government.
