Ibad Bayramov (@BayramovIbad) is the son of Dr. Gubad Ibadoghlu, an economist, opposition leader, and longtime human rights defender who was unjustly imprisoned by the Azerbaijani regime during a visit to the country in 2023 after speaking out against government policies. Ibad is based in the United Kingdom. He advocates for various causes and engages with the UK government to push for his father’s release. Ibad has spoken at prestigious institutions such as Oxford and the London School of Economics and has a master’s degree from the Lund University School of Economics. Ibad is also on LinkedIn.
